Retail Shipping

Australia: Retail orders within Australia have flat-rate shipping and are booked via the Shippit platform, utilizing Australia Post, Star Track & Aramex.

  • Standard shipping Australia wide = $8.95
  • Express post up to 500g = $11.95
  • Express post up to 4kg = $19.95
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $99 (Australia only, Retail only)

International: Shipping for international retail orders is automatically calculated based on destination and weight and is sent via Australia Post.


Wholesale Shipping

Australia: Wholesale orders within Australia have flat-rate shipping per state and are sent via TNT Fedex, Star Track or Australia Post.

  • VIC = $15
  • NSW = $20
  • TAS = $20
  • QLD Sth (<4695) = $20
  • QLD Nth (>4695) = $30
  • NT = $50

International: Shipping for international wholesale orders is automatically calculated based on destination and weight and is sent via Fedex or Australia Post.


Delivery

Orders are processed from our Melbourne head office usually within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery is generally within 1-5 business days for Australian orders (except Western Australia and some regional areas which can take up to 7 business days).

International deliveries are generally made within 5-10 working days. Please note VAT or import taxes may apply once your order arrives depending on destination.

Express Post provides next business day deliveries to most Australian addresses. To check if your delivery area is within Australia Post's next day delivery network, please click here - Australia Post Express Network

Please note cut off time for Express Post orders to dispatch same-day is 11:30am AEST.


Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our head-office located at 7/128 Beresford rd, Lilydale VIC.

Please allow 1 business day for your Click & Collect order to be processed. We will email you with instructions as soon as your package is ready for collection.


Returns

If there is a fault with a product or it has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately on (03) 9735 3755 or email admin@buckleyandphillips.com to resolve the problem.

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. For faulty or damaged products Buckley & Phillips will replace or refund the goods, a photograph may be required. For refunds the full amount will be credited via the original method of payment including any shipping costs.

We do not refund for change of mind.


Modifications/Cancellations

In the event that you wish to modify or cancel your order you will need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your order dispatching Buckley & Phillips. If a modification or cancellation is required please contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9735 3755 or email admin@buckleyandphillips.com.
