Lymphatic Drainage Massage Oil Recipe

Ben Phillips

Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body. This massage blend and technique is said to improve the immune system and remove fluid buildup.

  1. Combine all essential oils of Ginger, Grapefruit, and Rose 3% with a carrier oil such as Fractionated Coconut in a small bowl.
  2. Massage into the affected areas. These can include the following:
    • front of the knees
    • base of the neck (above clavicle and across shoulder)
    • side and back of the neck from behind the ear
    • middle of the back
    • inside of upper arms, down to the elbow
    • lower abdomen
    • back of the hand (between finger bones down to wrist)
    • ankles (however avoid varicose veins if present)
  3. Avoid eyes and any sensitive skin. Allow the oil to absorb before getting dressed.
  4. Store any remaining oil in an Empty Bottle with Disc Cap. Keeps for up to 3 months.
