These rejuvenating essential oils improve circulation, reduce fatigue, and aid recovery from over-exertion.



  • Mix the essential oils of Rosemary, Lavender, Ginger, Marjoram and Black Pepper with 1 tablespoon of full fat milk then add to a warm bath.

  • Alternatively, the oils can be added to 1 tablespoon of plain mineral salts and then added to a warm bath.
