During times of emotional crisis or loss, this blend of oils could help you work through your feelings.  Neroli is particularly effective during times of grief and shock. Bergamot and frankincense are uplifting. Rose and melissa are calming and release tension.

  1. Add the essential oils of Rose, Bergamot, Neroli, Melissa and Frankincense to a diffuser, vaporiser or oil burner.
  2. Gently fragrance your chosen environment.
