Focus Roller Ball Recipe

This recipe makes approximately 30ml of oil - a blend ideal for enhancing concentration and reducing sleepiness.

  1. Combine Rosemary, Peppermint, Clove and Jojoba oils in a small bowl or measuring cup. 
  2. Transfer to a clean dark glass bottle and seal with a cap, dropper, or roller ball closure. 
  3. Store in a cool, dark place.  Will keep up to 12 months.
  4. Dab or roll the oil blend on the pulse points of the wrists or temples.
