Tips for
Candle Burning

  • Never leave burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.

  • Remove all labels and place on a heat resistant holder away from any flammable sources or drafts.

  • Wicks should be trimmed to 0.5cm before lighting to prevent smoking.

  • To ensure even burning and maximum lifespan, burn candles for at least one hour for each 2cm in diameter. For example burn a 6cm wide candle at least 3 hours at a time.

  • The heat generated from each candle will affect the burning of others. Therefore leave at least a 7cm gap between candles when burning in groups.

  • Candles left to burn in a drafty area will tend to drip.
